• Owner Operators for daycab tractors: Duties include local pick-up and delivery at all regional terminals.

Job Summary:

Successful applicants will be expected to follow directives, provide excellent customer service, handle general paperwork, and pick up and deliver freight within the Lower Mainland.

Prerequisites:

Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience, a clean abstract and claims history, possess an iPhone 6 or newer, and own their commercial delivery vehicle.

Modern Trucking, located in Surrey, BC, is in search of a Full-time or Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking individuals who are dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Entering orders accurately
• Resolving customer service issues
• Maintaining driver paperwork
• Providing customer rate quotes

• Prior experience in an inbound call center

As an integral part of our team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in managing both existing and prospective clients. Leveraging our comprehensive suite of platforms, services, and programs, the SDR is tasked with driving sales growth through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and account maintenance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Added Revenue Streams: Utilize various tools to identify and engage potential prospects and existing customers across diverse industries. Maintain accurate pipeline data within the CRM tool.
